Lillian Frances Cozine, 69, of rural West Branch, died at University hospital in Iowa City Feb. 11--the same day her husband, Percy Sidney Cozine, was buried. Mr. Cozine died Feb. 9.

Funeral services were Feb. 13 in Iowa City with the Rev. Jack L. Zerwas of the First Presbyterian church of Iowa City officiating. Burial was in Fairview cemetery in rural West Branch.

Mrs. Cozine was born Nov. 30, 1895, in Quincy, Ill. She married Percy Cozine in Chicago in 1923. In 1935 they moved to the San Francisco area and then moved to rural West Branch several years ago.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Lillian Louise de Moreta, living in California; a sister, Mrs. Florence Brown, Chicago, Ill.; and a brother, Fred Widmaier, St. Louis, Mo.
