Mrs. Leonard (Neta) Hamann, 74, of Durant, died Nov. 30 at the Mercy hospital in Davenport following an extended illness.

Born Jan.7, 1890, in Scott county, she was the daughter of Henry and Bertha Kroeger.

She married Leonard Hamann Feb. 11, 1914, at Davenport. They farmed near Sunbury until his retirement when they moved to Durant.

Survivors include her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Elmer (Orline) Ewoldt, Wilton Junction, and a brother, Emile Kroeger of Wilton Junction. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, and a sister.
