Mrs. Margaret Voss, 79, Durant, died at 3:45 a.m. June 27 at St. Luke's hospital, Davenport, following a short illness.

She was born Sept. 29, 1884, the daughter of Christian and Doris Soehren, in Cedar county. She was a life resident of the Durant community.

She married Louis Voss April 2, 1912, at Davenport.

Survivors include a son, Orven, New Liberty, a brother, Chris Soehren, Bennett, and 3 grandchildren.

Her parents, husband, 2 sisters, and a brother preceded her in death.

Funeral services were June 29 at Wilton Junction with burial at the Durant cemetery.
