Mrs. Elizabeth Hollisen, 76, a former resident of Cedar county, died March 30 in Chicago, Ill.

Requiem mass was April 3 at St. Joseph's church, Cedar Valley, with burial in the church cemetery.

Born Sept. 10, 1888, on a farm near Cedar Valley, she was a daughter of Daniel and Mary Cogley Fitzpatrick. She resided in Cedar Rapids before going to Chicago several years ago.

In Chicago, she was a member of St. Catherine of Genoa church and the Altar and Rosary society of the church.

Survivors are 2 sons, James T., Westchester, Ill.; Joseph H., Chicago; a daughter, Mrs. James Reilly of Mt. Vernon; two sisters, Mrs. Ed Crowley, Iowa City; Mrs. John Cahill, West Branch; and two brothers, Frank and Joseph Fitzpatrick, both of West Branch.
