Funeral services were conducted Nov. 18 at Wilton Junction for Louis Voss, 73, with the Rev. Robert Farr officiating. Burial was in the Durant cemetery.

The soloist was Max Lauser and the organist was Mrs. Emma Birkhofer, Pallbearers were Charles Knudsen, Henry Smull, Carl Schacht, Jens Glaser, Harold Davis and A. C. Paustian.

Mr. Voss died following a heart attack at his home in Durant Nov. 15.

The son of Henry and Alvena Hayden Voss, he was born June 17, 1889 in Muscatine county. He married Margaret Soehren April 2, 1912 at Davenport.

He is survived by his wife, a son, Arvin, New Liberty; a sister, Elsie Yerger, Daytona Beach, Fla. and 3 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
