Funeral services for Mrs. Harriet Pfaff, 80, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Tipton. Mrs. Pfaff died Wednesday morning in Tipton.

Mrs. Pfaff is the mother of Mrs. Arnold Swan, Tipton and Dr. C. K. Pfaff, Cedar Rapids.

Funeral services for Mrs. Harriet K. Pfaff, 80, were held Feb. 17 at St. John's United Church of Christ with the Rev. A. R. Stratemeyer in charge.

Pallbearers were Chalmer Keller, Ed Parsons, Norman Frederick, Jess Stout, Gale Maurer and L. E. Meyer. Mrs. Gale Maurer and Mrs. Claire Gardner were in charge of flowers. Burial was in the Masonic cemetery.

Mrs. Pfaff died Feb. 14 after a lengthy illness.

Harriett Lenore, daughter of Anna Rebecca Harkness and James Kennedy, was born at Springville Feb. 3, 1882. She was married to Fred Pfaff Dec. 28, 1904 at the Evangelical and Reformed church in Tipton by the Rev. J. N. Naly.

The Pfaffs farmed in the Buchanan area until Mr. Pfaff's death June 14, 1939. Since then she has lived in Tipton.

She is survived by a son, Dr. C. K. Pfaff of Cedar Rapids, a daughter, Mrs. Arnold Swan, Tipton and four grandchildren, Mrs. Sandra Miller and Carol Pfaff, Cedar Rapids and David and Jeanne Swan.
