William McGee, 86, of Muscatine, died Jan. 31 at the University of Iowa hospital at Iowa City.

The son of Daniel and Mary Moylan McGee, he was born June 29, 1875, in Cedar county, and was a lifelong resident of this area.

Mr. McGee was a retired farmer.

He is survived by a brother, Daniel McGee, Lisbon; a sister, Mrs. Albert Stecher, Muscatine and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were Feb. 3 at St. Mary's Catholic church, Muscatine. Burial was at Cedar Valley.
