Bert Fulwider, 69, Bettendorf, a former resident of Tipton, died Oct. 19 at a Davenport hospital.

Born in Tipton, he married Helen Gladfelter there Nov. 19, 1920. He had lived in Bettendorf since 1938. Before retiring 4 years ago, Mr. Fulwider was with the J. I. Case Co., and since has been with K & K Electric and Hardware in Bettendorf.

He is survived by his wife, a son, Ralph A., Bettendorf, and sisters, Mrs. Stella Daufeldt, Beardstown, Ill., and Mrs. Harriett Swanson, Kewanee, Ill.
