Funeral services for Mrs. Judson E. Pye, 47, were held Oct. 7 at Olin with the Rev. Mr. Dutro officiating. Dorothy Wooder of Morley was solist, accompanied by Dorothy Alexander of Olin.

Pallbearers were Larry and James Koering, Ronald McGuire, Lawrence Duncan, Ralph Barger and Junior Seegar. Burial was made Oct. 8 at the Green Center cemetery near Olin. It was delayed awaiting the arrival of her daughter, Mrs. James Dieteker of Frankfort, Ky.

Mrs. Pye was killed in an automobile accident near Morley Oct. 3.

The daughter of Charles and Alvina Koering, she was born June 8, 1916, at Stanwood. She attended the Stanwood school and was confirmed in the Lutheran church at Stanwood.

She was married Jan. 16, 1936, to Judson Eugene Pye. The couple had made a home at Morley.

Mrs. Pye is survived by her husband, a son, Arnold, Dugway AFB, Dugway, Utah; a daughter, Mrs. James (Beverly) Dieteker, Frankfort, Ky,; 3 brothers, Edwin and Arthur Koering, Stanwood; and Richard Koering, Cedar Rapids; and 3 sisters, Mrs. Leonard (Edna) Hamer, Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Francis (Ruth) Burda, Oxford Junction, and Mrs. Louis (Viola) McGuire, Olin, and 2 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant daughter, Rosemary.
