Mrs. Don C. Bell, a former resident of Mechanicsville, died suddenly July 31 at her home in Des Moines. Funeral services were held in Washington.

The Bells are former residents of Mechanicsville when he was a cashier in the Mechanicsville Trust and Savings bank.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Bell is survived by a daughter, Mrs. J. W. Marshall, who lives in Maryland, 3 grandchildren and a sister, who lives in Moline, Ill.
