From Pleasant Hill -- Death has entered our midst again and taken from us Jesse Edge. He died Saturday morning, Oct. 17th, after a long and severe illness with typhoid fever. Mr. Edge has been a resident of the State twenty three years. He served one term as a member of the Board of Supervisors in this county. Was a member of the M.E. church; a kind father and affectionate husband. He left a large circle of mourning friends who sympathized with the afflicted family. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. w. Kynett. His remains were interred in the cemetery at Bethel.
