Lee Bunker, 32, of Tipton, was instantly killed about midnight Sunday near Wald, four miles north of Tipton on primary 38, when an automobile struck a guard rail, throwing him out. He suffered a broken neck and crushed chest. Maxwell Stevenson, owner and driver of the car, was slightly injured. A coroner's jury Monday morning declared death accidental.
