Funeral services for Harry Conner, 67, were held Feb. 12 with the Rev. Eugene Miller officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill cemetery, Mechanicsville.

Born Nov. 21, 1895 at Mechanicsville, the son of George and Louella Conner, he died Feb. 9 at his home west of Mechanicsville, following a long illness.

He was married Dec. 22, 1921 to Marie Cole of Marion. The couple farmed west of Mechanicsville.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Keith, at home and a brother, Chancey.
