Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Maley Pirnie, 87, were held Dec. 5 at the Presbyterian church in Mechanicsville with the Rev. George Gallaher officiating. Burial was in Rosehill cemetery.

Mrs. Pirnie, a former resident of Mechanicsville, died in Chicago, Ill., Dec. 3. She is the widow of Thomas Pirnie.

She is survived by a son, Willard, Mechanicsville and a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Armstrong, Chicago, Ill.
