DIED--July 30th, Mrs. Olive H. Baird, wife of Dr. T. J. Baird, in the twenty-eighth year of her age.

The deceased was born in Mt. Vernon being the youngest daughter of the late Ruben Ash, Esq., of that place. Mrs. Baird was a member of the Presbyterian church of Clarence, and her pastor, Rev. N. H. Downing, conducted the funeral services, assisted by Rev. Davis of the M.E. church, and also at Mt. Vernon assisted by Rev. W. Brownlee, her former pastor, where the interment took place Saturday, August 1st. A large number of friends from here accompanied the sorrowing husband and other relatives to the last resting place of the deceased. The funeral was largely attended, she being a favorite in her old home where she had lived all her years up to the time of her marriage to Dr. Baird, which occurred Oct. 13, 1890, and many earnest expressions of sympathy were bestowed upon the afflicted husband and other relatives.
