Funeral services for Herman Lange, 50, Tipton area farmer, were held Monday at the Sheets and Dahn funeral home with Elder U. J. Fike in charge. Burial was in the Tipton Masonic cemetery.

Mr. Lange died at St. Luke's hospital in Cedar Rapids Friday.

Herman William Gustav Lange, son of Theodore and Augusta Drichel Lange, was born on a farm northeast of Tipton June 20, 1906.

He was united in marriage to Helen Torrance Sept. 14, 1932 at Galesburg, Ill.

He is survived by a son, Wayne, his mother, Mrs. Augusta Lange and a brother, Edgar. He was preceded in death by his wife and father.
