Harry G. Nicolaus, 66, Wilton Junction banker, died Sunday at Bellevue hospital in Muscatine. Death followed a short illness brought on by a heart attack. The son of George J. and Theresa D. Nicolaus, he was born at Wilton Junction Aug. 10, 1889. He had been a life-time resident of the community. He married Edith Henderson, Nov. 12, 1912, at Wilton Junction. He was a member of the Wilton Junction Presbyterian church.

Surviving are his wife; two sons, Robert H. Nicolaus and Harold G. Nicolaus, both of Wilton Junction, and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother.

Funeral services were held Tuesday with the Rev. H. P. Roberts, pastor of the Presbyterian church officiating. Burial was in Oakdale cemetery.
