Funeral services for John Henry Williams, 69, will be held at the Sheets and Dahn funeral home at 2 p.m. Friday. The Rev. A. C. Long will officiate. Burial will be in the Masonic cemetery.

Mr. Williams died at his home in Tipton at 5 a.m. Tuesday morning.

He was born at Annawan, Ill., April 18, 1886. For several years he served as policeman in Tipton.

He is survived by his wife, Mary; two step-sons, Don Hostler of Tipton and Robert Hostler of Cedar Rapids, his mother, Mrs. Mary Williams, Silvis, Ill., a brother, Frank, Geneseo, Ill., and four sisters, Mrs. Leslie Bedell, and Mrs. Ida Arnett, both of Rock Island, Ill.; Mrs. Marie Koch, Davenport, and Mrs. Edna Dungee, Silvis, Ill.
