Services for Howard A. Fulwider, 88, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Peterseim & Dye funeral home in Tipton. The Rev. Walter Tubbs, Jr. will be in charge with burial in the Masonic cemetery. The Golden Rule Lodge No. 24 of Rochester will have charge of Masonic services.

The son of James H. and Martha Barclay Fulwider, he was born Nov. 19, 1868 in Rochester township. He was married to Minnie Hestwood March 31, 1894, at the South Bethel parsonage.

He farmed in the south Cedar county area all his life. He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
