Funeral services for Frank C. Worsham, 79, were held Saturday at the Sheets and Dahn funeral home. Burial was in the Tipton Masonic cemetery.

Worsham died Thursday at the home of his son, George, after a lingering illness.

Frank Cheetham Worsham, one of seven children or Orlando and Martha Phillips Worsham, was born at Roanoke, Va., April 1, 1877. He spent his youth in Virginia, moving to White Pines, Tenn., as a young man where he married Hazeltine Denton, Nov. 24, 1899.

The Worsham family moved to a farm near Tipton in 1914 where he lived the remainder of his life.

He is survived by a son, George, and a grandson, Jerome. He was preceded in death by his wife and six brothers and sisters.
