Memorial services for H. E. Rismiller, former Tipton resident, were held Saturday in Monticello. Mr. Rismiller died in Inglewood, Calif., Jan. 7, after an extended illness.

The Rismillers lived in Tipton before moving to California in 1941.

He was the father of Atty. Walter Rismiller of Tipton.

He is also survived by his wife and three other sons, Don, Inglewood, Calif., Ervin, Palm Springs, Calif., and Bob, in the U.S. navy; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Freese of Monticello and Jean Van Duesen of Cary, Ohio.
