Chester H. Russell, 62, Chicago, Ill., a former Wheatland restaurant owner, was buried in Lowden cemetery Dec. 31. Russell died Dec. 28 in Hines Memorial hospital, Hines, Ill.

He was born July 30, 1894, in Wyoming, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Russell. He is survived by his widow, the former Wilma Freese of Wheatland.
