Funeral services for Mrs. Edith Catherine Adams will be held at 9 a.m. today (Jan. 15) at St. Mary's church in Tipton with the Rev. Edward Collins in charge.

Mrs. Adams died at University hospital in Iowa City Monday. She was born May 30, 1894 at Clinton.

She is survived by her husband, 3 sons, Charles Mikota, John Adams Jr. and William Adams; a daughter, Mrs. Fred Kramer, Muscatine; 2 grandchildren, 2 sisters, Mrs. Ella Checkel and Mrs. Mary Hanzelka, Belle Plaine; 3 brothers, Henry Bazyn, Traer; August Bazyn, Chelsea and Prosper Bazyn, Burlington, Colo.
