Funeral services for Harrison J. Parker, 68, of Davenport were held Dec. 11 at the Methodist church in Bennett, with the Rev. Lloyd E. Brockmeyer in charge. Burial was in Inland cemetery.

Mrs. Don Weih and Mrs. Gene Weih were vocalists. Pallbearers were H. E. Buttolph, C. W. Pollock, Rollin Borchers, Henry Henricksen, Merwin Motz, and Roscoe Woods.

Mr. Parker, who lived most of his life in Cedar county, died Dec. 9 at St. Luke's hospital in Davenport.

He was born in Scott county June 1, 1890, the son of Fremont and Matie Parker. He is survived by his wife and three daughters, Sharon, at home; Mrs. Virginia Schneekloth, Bennett, and Mrs. Marcell Lange, Davenport; a son, Virgil, Wheatland; a step-son, Robert Slaby, Los Angeles, Calif., and a grandchild.
