The weight of grief has still further increased at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Brink by the death Tuesday morning at 3:30 of Emery, their three-year-old son. It was the hope of everyone that the little child's life would be spared. The death of baby Marcella just a week before was a great blow to the parents and the connecting families and the second death in the family coming so quickly is almost more than they can bear. The deepest sympathy is felt for them by the entire community. The funeral of Emery was held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Valley church.
