Mrs. Katherine Hansen, born in Denmark, Dec. 20, 1871, passed away at the home of her son John H. Hansen, of Bennett, Wednesday noon. Funeral services will be held at the Sheets & Dahn funeral home in Tipton Friday afternoon, Oct. 7, at 3:30 o'clock.

Further service will be held at the First Christian church in Hampton and interment in the cemetery at Clutier, Iowa, Saturday.

Survivors include three daughters, Saren Houser of Windom, Minn., Carry Brown of Oakland, Calif., and Martha Strackhouse of Hampton, Iowa; and one son, John Hansen, of Bennett.
