DIED Jesse Hawley, at his home in Honey Grove, on Saturday, July 31st, 1880 of cholera morbus, in his 85th year.

Deceased was born in Chester County, Pennsylvania, February 10th, 1796, moved to Columbiana County, Ohio, with his parents in 1803, where he continued to reside until 1853 when he moved to Iowa. He was a consistent member of the Society of Friends from childhood, and leaves a family of seven grown up children, six of whom reside in this county.
