19 August 1886 - The Local Record

DIED--Saturday, August 14th, 1886, of typhoid fever, Anton Neilson, aged nearly 17 years. Funeral services were held in the Hickory Grove church, on Sunday afternoon, and his body laid to rest in the cemetery at that place. He left Denmark only about two months before. The change of climate and the extreme hot weather combined with the disease soon had the fatal effect.
