Thomas Y. Wilson, the son of Cyrus and Martha Wilson, was born near Princeton, Ill., May 29, 1858, and died at his home in West Branch, Iowa, Friday morning, May 27, 1927, at the age of 68 years, 11 months and 29 days.

He had lived in this community about fifty years. Since the death of his mother he had lived alone in the home on West Main street where his death occurred after a short illness. He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Amy Kellogg, of Clinton who was with him in his last illness. One brother, Frank, preceded him in death. Surviving are also nephews and nieces.

Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon in charge of the I.O.O.F. lodge, of which he was a member. Rev. Hanson of the Friends church assisted.
