Helen Janette, little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alva Smith of Molino, Mo., died at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Anderson, Friday evening, after an illness of only twenty-four hours. She was eight months and twenty-one days old.

Mrs. Smith and babe had been visiting relatives here and Mr. Smith came as fast as possible when apprised of the little one's sudden illness.

A short funeral service was conducted by Rev. Jensen at the Anderson home at 6:30 o'clock Saturday evening and Mr. and Mrs. Smith, accompanied by her mother, Mrs. Peter Anderson, left with the body on the evening train for their home at Molino, Mo. Funeral services were held there at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon, with burial at South Fork church.

The bereaved parents have the sympathy of a host of friends here in their sorrow.
