Mrs. Dan'l Shepherd, an old resident of this community passed away last Tuesday morning. Her death was sudden and unexpected. She had been in usual health apparently up to a short time before the fatal attack. She was taken ill Monday night and died Tuesday morning. The funeral services were held at the family home this morning, and the interment was in the Masonic cemetery.
