Funeral services for Ruth Rhoads, 86, Stanwood, were held June 10 at Stanwood Union church, with burial in the Stanwood cemetery.

Mrs. Rhoads died June 8 at the Cedar Manor Nursing home in Tipton.

Ruth Bower married Russell Rhoads in 1920 in Rock Island. He died in 1958.

She is survived by 3 sons, William and Russell, both of Stanwood and Robert, Loomis, Calif.; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
