Marvin Heppenstall of West Liberty died yesterday afternoon, he was the youngest son of George and Lydia Heppenstall. His elder brother Charles died last spring. The bereaved parents and sister have the sympathy of many friends. Funeral Friday at 3 p.m. at the M.E. church Springdale.

A large concourse of people assembled at the Methodist church last Friday to witness the last sad rites attendant on the death of Marvin Heppenstall. Words cannot express the sympathy felt for the afflicted family, who in so short a time have seen the burial of so many fond hopes. May the comfort which "cometh from on high" find its way to their sorely tried hearts.
