Mrs. J. E. Selby was called to Atalissa Monday night to the bedside of her sister, Miss Barbara George, whose death occurred before Mrs. Selby arrived, at the home of her sister, Mrs. John King, near Atalissa.

Miss George has been an invalid for some time, and had been totally blind for many years. Her death was the result of a heart attack. She was the eldest of a large family, and was born in Switzerland. For some years she made her home with the Selby family at West Branch, coming here from Chicago; but a number of years past she has been cared for in the King home.

Funeral services are being held today (Thursday) at 11 o'clock, at the Snider undertaking parlors at West Liberty, with burial at West Branch.
