Last rites for Kenneth L. Jensen, 48, were held May 3 at Bethany Lutheran church in West Branch, with the Rev. William Thalacker officiating. Burial was in the West Branch cemetery.

Mr. Jensen died April 30 at his West Branch home following a heart attack.

He was born July 11, 1918, at West Branch, the son of Martin and Emma Petersen Jensen.

He married Maxine Wirth, Aug. 17, 1940, at Monticello.

He had been connected with the feed and grain business for a number of years and was affiliated with the West Branch Farm Supply Co.

He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the West Branch American Legion, Masonic Lodge No. 381 and the Bethany Lutheran church.

Surviving are his widow; 2 sons, Steve and Keith, both of West Branch; a grandson; 2 brothers, Robert, Hiawatha and Swain, Medford, Ore. and 3 sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Ziesemer, Marion; Mrs. Helen Barthlow, Downey, Calif. and Mrs. Ida Wade, Berwyn, Ill.
