Mrs. Henry J. Lehrman, nee Wilhelmina Horstman, died at her home in Stanwood, Saturday at the age of 78 years. She was born in Germany and in 1872 emigrated to the United States, making her home in Fort Wayne. In 1878 she was married to Henry J. Lehrman and they began housekeeping on the Lehrman farm three miles northwest of Stanwood. In 1904 they retired, moving to Stanwood. Besides her husband, Mrs. Lehrman is survived by four children: Carl and Arthur Lehrman, living northwest of Stanwood, and Mrs. Minnie Haesemeyer and Mrs. Anna Nagler of Stanwood. She was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran church of Stanwood, and was active in church work until her illness last December. Funeral services were held at the Evangelical Lutheran church Monday at 2 p.m., the Rev. W. G. Nagler, her son-in-law, officiating.
