Shuler French passed away about four o'clock Sunday afternoon. He had been unconscious since Friday and no hope was entertained for his recovery. The funeral will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the house. Few persons in Tipton had more personal friends than Shuler French. Losing both his lower limbs in a railroad accident twelve years ago, he was never discouraged as most men would have been, but pluckily continued the struggle among men and succeeded where others would have failed. Always genial and cheerful he attracted and held friends who will sincerely mourn his untimely death.
