DIED at the residence of her parents, G.F. and C. Burket, in Inland, Cedar county, Iowa, Dec. 23d, 1872, MARY AMANDA, wife of N. C. Foy, aged 28 years and 9 months.

The deceased was born in Sinking Valley, Blair Co., Pa. she was received into the Lutheran Church, in Inland, Iowa, in 1865, in which she remained faithful until the last.
