Mrs. Martha C. Taylor, who has made her home with Mr. and Mrs. M. S. Spencer the past few years, passed away this week at the age of almost 84 years. Death came as a relief after along period of suffering.

She was born in Mansfield, Ohio, in 1849, and since coming to Tipton had been tenderly cared for in the Spencer home. Funeral services were held at the Spencer home this afternoon at three o'clock.
