Stanwood, Ia. -- Funeral services of William Brunscheen, 34, truck operator of Wyoming, Ia., who died at the John McDonald Hospital in Monticello, as a result of injuries received last Friday morning were held Wednesday afternoon at the Stanwood Lutheran church. Brunscheen was hit in the stomach by a board which flew from a power saw at the Home Lumber Co. in Wyoming. Decedent was born in Germany, came to this country in 1923, and engaged in farming near Oxford Jct. and Clarence until this spring when he located in Wyoming. He is survived by his widow and three children; three brothers, Herman of Wyoming, Henry of Clarence, Fred of Berlin; three sisters, Mrs. Lena Wendt of Clarence, Mrs. Louisa Keitel of Clarence, and Mrs. Minnie Schnipkoweit, Germany.
