She will also be missed by a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, March 31, 1906, and a son, Elmer who died at the age of 20 years.

Mrs. Hecht was a home-loving person. She always enjoyed having her children and grandchildren around her.

The funeral was held at the Methodist church on Saturday afternoon with sermon by the pastor, Reverend Bernard Kemper, followed by interment in the Clarence cemetery.

The pallbearers were John Jansen, Verne Robinson, Earl Robinson, Carson Cobb, Henry Ross, Fred Long.

Mrs. Edna Freeman, Miss Alice Cosgriff and Mrs. Berma Beck were in charge of the flowers.
