Mary Genevieve Everette, only daughter of Joseph and Gail Spence Bell, was born in Tipton, Iowa, on August 24, 1895, and departed this life on Feb. 17, 1955, at the age of 59 years, 5 months and 24 days.

As a child she was raised and educated in a convent in Boston, Mass.

She was married to Mr. James Everette in Boston. To this union was born one son, James, a navy veteran, who passed away in 1952.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband who passed away several years ago.

She is survived by four aunts, Mrs. Jessie Spence Will, of Iowa City; Mrs. Mabel Spence Klumforth of Shelbino, Mo.; Mrs. Dorothy Spence Elsonmohn of Ridgefield, Wash.; and Mrs. Nona Spence Leach of Sandy, Oregon, also several cousins and relatives.

Mrs. Everette was a good friend and neighbor who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
