Burial services for Miss Hazel Waite, 58 of Ottumwa, were conducted Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the Lowden cemetery. She had died Thursday evening at the Ottumwa hospital and services were held there Friday evening.

Miss Waite's mother, deceased, was the former Alice Caldwell, a sister of the late H. A. Caldwell of Clarence and the late Charles Caldwell, a former resident of Tipton and Lisbon.

She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Nina Hibbing of Newton and Miss Alice Waite of Chicago, and two brothers, Willie of Estes Park, Colo. and Charles of Whitman, Neb.

Mrs. Hibbing and her son Dr. George Hibbing accompanied the body to Lowden for burial.
