Tipton relatives received word on Tuesday of the death of Raymond I. Morehouse, 47, in Chicago. He was a cousin of Mrs. Walter Chamberlain and Mrs. Ray Handley, and the husband of Mable McLain, also a former Tipton young lady.

Surviving are also five sisters and his wife's mother, sisters and brother in Tipton. Services are to be conducted in the Beatty chapel in Cedar Rapids, at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, the Rev. C. W. Dehne of Salem Ev. United Brethren church and Trojan lodge No. 548 of Marion in charge. Burial will be in Cedar Memorial cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel Saturday a.m.
