Services were held for Lee W. Johnson, 60, Mechanicsville, July 6 at Morgan Funeral home, Lisbon. Burial was in Rosehill cemetery, Mechanicsville.

Mr. Johnson died July 3 at University hospital, Iowa City, following surgery.

Pallbearers were Kenny Johnson, Jeffery Schafer, Gary Johnson, Thomas Niles, Larry Johnson and Steve Johnson. The Rev. Norman Lawton conducted the funeral service.

Mr. Johnson was born at Mechanicsville and attended Mechanicsville schools. He had lived in Garrison, Minn., and moved to Mechanicsville last year. He had an ice route and restaurant in Mechanicsville and had been a carpenter for the last 15 years.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Francis Vislisel, Solon; a son, Richard, Cedar Rapids; 3 brothers, Willard, Mechanicsville; Leonard, Minnesota; John, Lisbon; 3 sisters, Mrs. Louise Rudd, Central City; Mrs. Doris Niles, Moscow and Mrs. Mary L. Schafer, Robins.
