Clarence - Mrs. Gladys Fisher, a former resident of this community, died in Gravette, Ark. Dec. 14 and was buried in Newkirk, Okla. Dec. 17.

Gladys Beach Fisher was born August 26, 1894, at Clarence. She was a member of the Methodist church here. She moved with her parents to Oklahoma as a young girl and graduated from the Newkirk, Okla. High School and then attended business college at Oklahoma City.

She was married to Wilson A. Fisher, Newkirk, May 27, 1916. They were the parents of a son, Robert, and a daughter, Phyllis.

Mrs. Wilson is survived by her husband, a son, Robert, Tulsa, Okla, and a daughter, Mrs. Phyllis McDonald, Bartlesville, Okla, a brother, L. T. Beach, Newkirk; seven grandchildren and a great grandchild.
