Funeral services for Mrs. Henry Robson were held Saturday afternoon, March 22, at 2:30 P.M. in the Presbyterian church with Rev. Robert Bailey officiating. Music was furnished by Mrs. John Swift, accompanied by Mrs. Myron Workman. Flower girls were Mrs. Josephine LaPlant and Mrs. Cora Mitchell. Pallbearers were Mr. Charles Hoyman, Mr. Arch Graft, Mr. Cleve Long, Mr. Art Ropa, Mr. Gerald Jones, and Mr. Forest Pirie.

Interment was made in the Stanwood cemetery.

Rosa Zana Robson was born the third child of Frederick Owen and Artimist Pearson in White Side county, Ill., April 7, 1861, and passed away March 20, 1952, at her home in Stanwood.

From the age of 12 years she earned her own living and from 12 years to 20 years of age were spent in the vicinity of Low Moore and Elmira, Iowa.

On December 16, 1880, she was united in marriage with Henry Robson in Clinton, Iowa. To this union were born three children, Mrs. Nellie Wilson of Lamberton, Minn., Frank H. Robson, of Colfax, Iowa, and Ruby, at home, in Stanwood.

After their marriage they went to Crawford county, Iowa, where they lived for 10 years, then returned to Clinton for about one year and then to Stanwood where they resided for 60 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband on Dec. 5, 1945.

She is survived by her three children, two sisters, eleven grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and friends. She was loved and respected by all.

Relatives from out of town attending the funeral were Mrs. Nellie Wilson, Lamberton, Minn., Frank Robson and his son Robert of Colfax, Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Millett of East Moline, Ill., Mr. Oscar Owen and Mr. Ed Owen of Clinton, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Owen, Mrs. Tom Haubenrich and Mr. and Mrs. David Parsons of Camanche.
