Last rites for Anna Marie Rouse, 62, Clarence, were held at St. Mary's Catholic church, Tipton, Oct. 20, 1988 with the Rev. Joseph P. Hines officiating. Burial was in St. Mary's cemetery. Pallbearers were Jody and James Casal, Edward and Mickey Clark and Tom and Allen Wallace. The rosary was held Oct. 19.
Mrs. Rouse died at her home in Clarence Oct. 17.
The daughter of Joseph and Myrtle Edwards Wallace, she was born at Maquoketa Jan. 27, 1926. She had been a resident of Clarence since 1947. She operated a flower shop on 9th Ave. in Clarence in the late 1950's and early 1960's.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. Michael (Jaqulyn) Miner Sr., Center Junction and Mrs. Ian (Deana) Green, New Mexico; 3 sons, Chester Allan, Yuba City, Calif.; Philip, Lowden and Robert, Clarence; 12 grandchildren; 5 sisters, Marion Clark and Eleanor Casel, Maquoketa; Margaret Casel, Long Grove; Nadine Eaton, Granberry, Texas and Janey Ruan, DeWitt; 3 brothers, Larry Wallace, Rockton, Ill. and Alan and Tom Wallace, Maquoketa.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers.
