Mechanicsville - Rev. Walter Philip Hanson, a retired Presbyterian minister, died in Dallas, Sunday.

The Hansons lived in Mechanicsville around 20 years ago when their daughter taught school here.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Claude McMinns, Dallas and Mrs. Ernest Crowell, Cedar Rapids and two sons Walter and Edward, both of Dallas.
