Frank Robson Rites at Colfax Nov. 27

Stanwood - Funeral services for Frank Robson, 85, were held at Colfax Nov. 27, with burial at Prairie City. Mr. Robson died Nov. 25 at Newton.

The son of Francis Henry and Rose Owen Robson, he was born near Vail June 2, 1883. The family moved to Stanwood in 1892 where he attended school. He was married to Minta Waller at Atlantic May 25, 1919. They lived in the Newton-Colfax area and he was a retired Maytag employee.

He is survived by his wife; 3 daughters, Thelma and Mildred, Newton, and Erma Jean, at home; 2 sons, Wilbert and Robert, Colfax; 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Mrs. Nellie Wilson, Lamberton, Minn. and Ruby Robson, Stanwood.
